WebRezPro is a cloud-based property management system used by more than 2,000 properties across 45 countries. It is unusual in this market for publishing its pricing openly rather than routing every enquiry through a sales quote.
WebRezPro charges $10 per unit per month, with a monthly minimum that steps up by property size: $100 for 1-14 units, $150 for 15-24, $250 for 25-49, $500 for 50-74, $750 for 75-99 and $1,000 for 100-149. Properties of 150 units or more are quoted individually. There are no system setup fees, and unlimited user accounts are included at no extra cost.
The system is built for a wider range of lodging than most hotel PMSs: hotels and motels, inns and B&Bs, vacation rentals, hostels, campgrounds and RV parks, multi-property portfolios, and less usual operations such as marinas and activity reservations.
Central reservations, availability calendars, check-in and check-out, group management and point-of-sale integration sit in the front desk module. Rate management covers dynamic pricing, market and source code tracking, and stay restrictions through a rate calendar.
The booking engine is commission-free, with branded checkout and upselling. Behind it, the back office handles housekeeping, the guest ledger and automated reservation audit trails, and the accounting module covers invoicing, vendor tracking, profit and loss reporting and a chart of accounts.
WebRezPro lists 150+ integrations with OTAs including Expedia and Airbnb, plus point-of-sale systems, electronic door locks and payment gateways. The number of integrations included free depends on property size, from one to five.
