Hotel Resource Hub is an independent directory of the software hotels run on. It currently holds 596 tools across 17 categories, from property management systems and channel managers down to housekeeping apps and payment terminals.
Vendors do not write or edit their own pages. Every listing is researched and written up here from the product's own site, and anything submitted through the form is reviewed before it goes live. Search results sort alphabetically or by rating, never by who submitted them.
That also means entries go out of date. Pricing moves, features ship, companies get acquired. If you spot something wrong, telling us is the fastest way to get it fixed.
No reviews written by us pretending to be operators, no “top 10” ranking that is really an ad, and no lead form standing between you and a vendor's own website. Every listing links straight out to the source.
Alongside the directory there is writing on what is changing in hotel distribution and operations, published most weeks. It covers the things a directory entry cannot: what a change actually costs, and whether it is worth switching for.
