What It Does

EcoStruxure is Schneider Electric's open, interoperable IoT architecture for buildings and infrastructure. For hospitality, it brings together energy monitoring, building automation, power distribution management, and EV charging under a single connected platform — with cloud analytics sitting on top of on-premise control systems.

Building Management Integration

The EcoStruxure Building Operation layer connects to HVAC systems, lighting controls, access control, and metering equipment — spanning both Schneider's own devices and third-party systems via BACnet, Modbus, and other open protocols. This openness is a meaningful advantage for hotels with mixed equipment vintages.

Energy Analytics

EcoStruxure Resource Advisor provides portfolio-level energy and sustainability analytics, aggregating data across multiple properties to track consumption trends, identify anomalies, and model the impact of efficiency measures. It can ingest utility bill data alongside direct meter feeds.

Sustainability Reporting

The platform supports carbon accounting and ESG reporting, with pre-built integrations to common disclosure frameworks. Hotel groups using EcoStruxure can generate the underlying data needed for GRESB submissions, brand sustainability scorecards, and internal board reporting.
