Hospitable: automation first

Hospitable started as guest-messaging automation for Airbnb hosts and grew into a fuller short-term rental platform. Messaging is still the centre of it: templated, triggered sequences across the whole guest journey, with team and task assignment behind them.

Pricing

There is a free Essentials tier covering unlimited properties, which is unusual in this market. Above it sit Host, Professional and Mogul plans whose base prices are shown only once you pick a plan on their site, so the tier columns here are left blank rather than filled from a third-party figure.

What the site does state is how the plans add properties: the Host plan includes one property and charges $10 a month for each additional one; Professional includes two and charges $15; Mogul includes three and also charges $15, with sales contact for larger portfolios. Annual billing saves 12%. The trial is 14 days with no card required.

Note that the per-property add-on goes up, not down, as you move to a more capable plan — the opposite of most sliding scales here. Model the plan you actually need before comparing the headline.

Who it suits

Hosts whose main problem is the volume of guest communication rather than the accounting. The free tier makes it cheap to try against whatever you run now.
