Guestline is a UK-founded hotel software suite used by over 3,500 hoteliers. In July 2023 the Access Group acquired it, and it is now sold within the Access Hospitality division alongside that group's other hospitality products.
Guestline is broader than a PMS. Around the core property management system sit hotel distribution across 2,000+ partners, a direct booking engine, a revenue management system, payments, an EPoS till system, catering and event management, a guest voucher system, and Rotaready Evo for staff scheduling. Guestline Evo is the AI-led layer the group uses to connect those products and report across them.
The customer base skews to independent hotels, boutique properties and small chains rather than single-room B&Bs at one end or global brands at the other. Being part of a larger group means the PMS is usually bought alongside other Access Hospitality modules.
Guestline publishes no rate card. Pricing is quoted per property against the modules selected, and implementation is a separate engagement. Any figure you see quoted for Guestline elsewhere is a third-party estimate rather than a published price, so treat the numbers on comparison sites with care and get a quote.
Support runs through dedicated help sites for Guestline and for GuestPay, together with named account managers. Because the products came into a larger group, the support routes differ by module.
